  • Integral player in developing bank-wide strategies and policies as a member of Western Bank’s management team.
  • Supervise 16 commercial, retail and nonprofit bankers.

Previous Experience

  • Bridget has 31 years of commercial banking experience, most recently managing the team of business developers for M&I Bank's asset based lending group. She has extensive experience in all aspects of credit, relationship management, business development and team leadership. Bridget has also worked at M&I Business Credit, Diversified Business Credit, National City Bank and Norwest Bank.
